Experience is needed in every team, but not 40-year-olds. Milan has a pretty experienced squad. They have a lot of players between the ages of 25-30. The problem with Milan is that they lack quality. They didn't fail in the previous season because they had a young squad; they failed because they lacked quality players and quality management.
They are not a retirement home. They need to start doing business like a big club if they want to be one. I understand that Modric is free and will not earn much, but they need players who are level raisers.
