Premier league is near 2bilions € spend while the others league are at max 600m€.
I think that if we combaine Serie A, Germany, Spain and France we dont reach the amount of money spent from Premier alone.
The premier league is a very competitive league and the way every team has made use of this transfer market so I think that is what is the driving force of every other team to do the same. Liverpool has really spent a lot of money already, this is not something they are known for but I think this coach wants to do everything possible to keep dominating the league. The league is very competitive and it doesn't matter how much u spend on players all that matters is that the newly signed players should be able to perform as expected and not flop.
The premier league teams combined as spent more money than any other league in this transfer but I also think it is as a result of the competitive nature of the league.
Liverpool are investing a lot of money, but will it pay off in the end? I believe that City will reclaim the throne this year.
That's just the question. Will all this money spent pay off as they have planned? Let's just hope so, but dominating the league will not be easy again. Manchester city did it but not for so long and was because of the manager, what he installed in his players was not something have seen in Liverpool yet. City reclaiming the throne I doubt that because their performance is still not convincing enough yet but other teams are also looking to lift the trophy as well.
