Based on this information, it's understandable that he was tempted by the transfer fee and salary offered by Al-Qadsiah, even though he was the top scorer in Serie A last season.

We can't blame him! They offered him five times his annual salary! Anyone would have accepted. We must always remember that this sport is a job for them, and players go where they are offered the most. I understand that the allure of the Saudi Arabian championship is not in the least comparable to that of Serie A or any other European championship, But they have money! Lots of money! And they get everything.
