Selling their players are related to the PSR rules. It has nothing to do with UCL, though they already qualified for next season UCL. Idk why you said that they're not qualified for the UCL next season. Huh

As for Simon's position, that's true he played as AMF, and Palmer sometimes played in that position. However, Palmer can also play as right winger, which leave AMF position empty for him.
