Chelsea definitely became a great team under Abramovich, but we need to be honest with each other with these kind of deals. When you are a rich person, the only hire you need to do which would be good is the boss, in every league and nation there are different names, some are sporting directors, some are football directors, some are directly CEOs like a company, or presidents.

Whatever it is, if you are rich, you hire that one good person, and he will handle the rest for you and hire other places good. Ineos has spent a ton of money too, and they failed so far. Because they hired bad people at the office. Chelsea doesn't do that, they have a great culture there, and even when Ted took over, they have been doing alright.
