As you can see, it's essentially a repetition of their previous vague claims, offering no new information, no evidence, and completely ignoring my direct questions regarding the alleged "multi-account" or specific details of a "breach." That's crazy that they CAN'T provide any direct information regarding MY account to ME. Please, for your own sake, do NOT play here. You risk ending up in precisely this kind of nightmare. You play, you win, you lose, but the moment you try to withdraw a sum larger than usual, your account is instantly locked. Then you're left waiting for half a year because their "support center" is an absolute disaster. You search for help on forums completely unrelated to BC.Game, and then, only through the incredible dedication of individuals like @holydarkness (to whom I am immensely grateful – this person has fundamentally changed how this situation is being addressed), you finally get some movement. Only to be told you're a "multi-accounter" – oh, how could I have forgotten my other accounts, what an idiot I must be! (accounts that, of course, DO NOT EXIST). And this struggle to get my own funds back has now been going on for, I repeat, HALF A YEAR. Learn from my terrible experience. Thank you.
