You were right, actually.
We have an application for a local board that was created seven years ago, and you have commented a couple of times in that thread. User BitCoinDream created it Local Board request for Bengali, and I bumped it back in 2023. It's been over two years, and no one has bumped it again. BitCoinDream is not active anymore. If we want to bump it, we have to update the OP and include recent data to show our activity. We did not create a new thread because of this one. I am not sure what we should do at this moment. Either we have to create a new application, or wait for BitCoinDream to come back and update it so we can bump it again.

We don't even know whether BitCoinDream would come back ever! It's been 5 months since he disappeared. But again we have seen many users disappearing and reappearing again after a couple of months! So fingers crossed.

If possible it would be better if ownership were to changed/moved (with permissions) to someone more active here from our local section, someone who has been here long enough and someone who plans to do the same in the future.

Note to self: If by chance he comes back, God knows better, then we must have a discussion with him how this things can be handled. Because if he can't make it, be active, or update OP, then someone else needs to take his place, his responsibility.
