The lottery doesn't work at all now, you don't get any tickets, but for some reason the counter keeps spinning to increase the total number of tickets.
In my opinion, they just forgot to turn off the script that adds tickets to itself.  
Maybe it only gives for freerolls now, I don't know. But it doesn't give anything for scrolling in multi and the lottery statistics show only 1 value in the 60th draw.
