It depends on the way you're brain is built and we are all different. For instance, some of us need adrenaline to function, while others are calm and don't seek excitement. Some people get addicted fast, while others need months of abuse to get addicted.
In my case, I don't have problems with sleep, although I have signs of ADHD. It's funny because people with this condition often have problems with sleep, but as I said, we are all different. I move a lot every day. I walk, swim, do some physical work in the garden and so on, so I sleep like a baby. It doesn't matter if I gamble or not.
