So far, I've only posted it on this forum and another well-known website. I'm going to post it wherever I see fit.
Seeing how their customer support keeps ignoring you and closing the support ticket without providing any real assistance, then I guess this seems be the best course of action.
You need to expose them everywhere and put pressure on them so they realise that they must take your complaint seriously. If your complaints/reviews start affecting their business, they will have no other option but to resolve it as soon as possible.
