It appears the topic you linked in the OP is closed and then the other that Vod created has probably been deleted, so I don't know if it really matters that how messed up it is and should now be discussed in meta? It would have been fine if it was before it was deleted.

When anyone will go back and want to learn about the history of the forum they will see the topic created by a wrong person, the main post content was something and the discussion was about something else.

Does this sound right information that is displaying?
