I hope it changes his life really because there are tons of gamblers who have been lucky once and won life changing sums at times they least expected, and they were still ended up broke again, chasing a big win again. I guess temporary it will change especially if he used the money he won on good cause. But if he use it to gamble back again well if he turns to be unlucky then the casino would recover those amount her win from them.
