I think the moderators did a good job of addressing the issue and handled it in close to the best way possible. The forum shouldn't be friendly toward this kind of behavior, or be considered a safe base from which others can slander the reputation of others. There's already other forums for that purpose.

I don't really see reason for that where they argue against nothing, it's baseless for a two reputable users to tarnished each others reputation due to personal purposes and reasons. Although I am not meant to join in this discussion as I know that before something like this comes there is always a root of it which is why I wouldn't go more deeper to say anything so I won't attract personal enemy to myself. This is a community where people are meant to share common knowledge and ideas and not a place to tarnished each others images for what reason or maybe the case, even though the history is already there but then what do you do? To fight back and create more scenes towards already passed issues?
