Good thing it was OTC so the impact weren't so big,I mean big. Big transaction like this tend to happen OTC anyway.

Seeing from the past OTC, details always kept hidden so it'll more likely to be the same thing. What matters is the market can resume on its rally and there's no significant dump with the news.
