Yes, Calisthenics are obviously better but to be honest, it needs a strong will power to start working out at home.
How do you guys start the workout at home ? I really procrastinate on that but I feel like working out at the gym once I am there.

What is going on with the marriages and women in particular, the deaths reported regarding dowry is less compared to what we had a couple of decades back but on the other side women killing their husband in many creative ways for various reasons (cut them into pieces, fill them under cement flooring, fill in a suitcase and throw into the river, etc).

Are we failing in marriages? Or worse even as a society?
