In my opinion, the above clubs fans can brag this season to expect their teams to win the English Premier League title because they have all made perfect signings to improve their squads, and my prediction is either Liverpool or Chelsea to win Premier League title, but you know football is sometimes unpredictable, and even with this current squad Arsenal has, I believe they still stand a chance to win the EPL trophy just as others due to their consistent strong performance in past sessions .

Chelsea can certainly do well, given the results obtained this year I would say that they can easily aspire to the title and even do something important at a European level, they are certainly not inferior to their main competitors such as Liverpool or Manchester City
