I also do the same way. Winning doesn't bother my sleeping time, I always can sleep peacefully whether I win or lose. It is true that gambling shouldn't bother our sleeping time, it will bring bad impacts. If we are sleepless, we may not focused when we gamble again tomorrow. Grin
