winna.com has just been introduced in the forum and is still very new here. My suggestion is to contact their customer service first and explain everything about your account problem. I'm sure they will provide a solution for you. However, make sure you don't violate the TOS.

If you have confidence in your case, please show the evidence that can be veryified, such as screenshots or anything that can prove your accusations are right, we will certainly be neutral about what happened, and find a definite truth with all the cases about the casinos in this forum.

Seeing some of your posts is like a lot of complaints and some casinos pay your complaints.
