I have full KYC on other sites. BC game seems very suspect and I decided that trying to work with scammers or at the very least unethical companies like BC.game isn't worth the effort, so I've asked them to close my account and write this off as a learning experience. Will stick to Stake in the future.
I don't understand why they want so much and why they don't accept your verification. What's more, they don't give you a chance to verify again. The situation really seems strange and deserves an official explanation.
By the way, there's no point in getting angry at BC.Game and going to other sites like stake. From what I've read, there are many more problems there.
