Conte definitely played a huge role, but the management was of course helpful for him. We have seen them put a great team at the hands of Conte, and that is how they won the league. Because no matter how good Conte is, and no matter how wonderful he played the team, if management gave him a terrible team, then he wouldn't have done a good job.
Osimhen situation was a bit troublesome, so maybe we could say that was a bit of an issue for Conte, but he was given Lukaku instead, the only problem I see is them selling Kvara, just as they were trying to win the league, which could have made it very difficult, and did, but Conte still managed to win. I hope that they realize they need to give him players, not take good ones away.
This is sort of true and sort of not. After they lost Kvara, they didn't get anyone who was as decent, there were talks about them getting Garnacho but as we can see there isn't a move there at the moment.
This season they hired Kevin De Bruyne, which nobody expected them to do something like that at all, Milinkovic-Savic joined which is great, Lucca for striker can be much better than Lukaku for sure, and for the left wing instead of Kvara they finally got someone, Noa Lang, not sure how awesome he will be, but he was great at eredevise, so I
am guessingguess that he will be a lot more help than what they had so far.
I suspect management realized second half of last season wasn't good, so they have made all the moves needed right away this season.
