Alcoholic beverages are usually disguised as carbonated (soda) drinks. When sold, they target teenagers and adults (17+). They are certainly everyday drinks that can be taken anywhere (perhaps with a low alcohol content of 1-4%) and cause a warm feeling in the body without causing drunkenness if the dose/portion of the drink is small
You have spoken about the most inconspicuous but extremely important problem. I call this position of the state ANTI-investment in its future. Such alcoholic drinks make young people drink heavily and not be sober at the moment. It is terrible: to reduce the line between alcohol and lemonade as much as possible. Low-alcohol drinks with cherry, lemon and the like look as friendly as possible, but in fact this is the first step to drunkenness for young people. Then there will be beer, then something stronger.
