A good coach needs the right environment to succeed and with the right players it would make the job look easier that's why Conte succeeded at Napoli, Conte is a very good manager though he's succeeded at England with Chelsea in a similar way, I think it was in his first season too, so when Napoli signed him and gave him good players to work with, I expected that he'll succeed but winning the league was very suprising to me.
Conte is a good coach with his CV from Juventus to Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Napoli and even with Italy national team. His management is excellent but his high ego usually is a cause of conflict between him and others and eventually he often ended his contract with clubs unhappily and as consequence of conflict that can not be resolved.
Losing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was a big blow to Napoli, he was one of the key players in the team, I wondered how Conte was to succeed without Osimhen, Khvicha and other players in the era of Spalletti, but he had to replace them with Lukaku and Nerez and they're doing fine in the team.
When Conte knew that Napoli wanted to sell Kvaratskhelia, he shown his disappointment but he continued as their head coach and managed to win Scudetto with Napoli. This Scudetto is a great job from Conte and his players while they lost two biggest star players: Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia to Galatasaray and PSG. In the coming season, Napoli will have De Bruyne who is an oustanding attacking player and even he is old now, his contributions for Napoli will be good enough and can help them to win another Scudetto.
