BC support sometimes show up here when there’s already a pile of concern. Just wait for him to become active again.
This is what i find somehow strange to be made by a reputed professional brand like bcgame. And it's not the first time the support block the contact with users failed to complete KYC verification process because of whatever reasons while he has funds in his account balance. I know that some users do really fail to complete all verification levels if the use fake identities, however this is not the case everytime. And blocked users find no ways but to come here in bitcointalk as they find themselves likely blocked in all other channels since they don't get responses by directly contact representative.

Yes, he told that he deposited 140$ and no good casino will scam a user for such small amount.
I didnt deposit anything for the bonus and then once I lost it all I put in $140.
Really don't understand what going on here. Also that person has successfully did KYC on other casinos with same documents, so why can't he be accepted on this casino ?
