winna.com has just been introduced in the forum and is still very new here. My suggestion is to contact their customer service first and explain everything about your account problem. I'm sure they will provide a solution for you. However, make sure you don't violate the TOS.
It is very interesting case and let us see if winna will respond on this situation. Because as a new player in this community, they should be clear with complaints or past issues that could deter their potential players from playing on their site. So if there's valid reason why they suspend the account, they should make their statement about this case. If they will not resolve this, I don't think they can move forward as people have hesitation on playing on their site.
