Great!Can I add one more "rule" to this escrow agreement? When you ask to return the money, you should remove the Escrow Guarantee from the OP and your website. Without changing it, no escrow money should be returned.
The good thing about those additions to the escrow rules is that honest parties should have no problem following them, but I've seen this go wrong a few times and "the bad guys" would be severly restricted in their potential to scam.
