If Juve withdraw from the race to sign Kolo from PSG, that's fine. His contract will be last until 2028, and still a lot of time remaining to sell him. PSG was not in hurry in selling him, and not in the need of money.

PSG certainly doesn't need to rush to sell Kolo Muani, especially since his contract still has a long run. However, if PSG doesn't plan to include him in their plans for the new season, there's no point in keeping him. Therefore, I'm fairly certain PSG will ultimately just loan him back to Juventus. However, it will likely be under new terms, such as a loan with an obligatory purchase. However, I doubt Juventus has the financial means to buy Kolo Muani from PSG now. We also recently heard that Juventus halted negotiations for Sancho's transfer. And the problem seems to be financial.
