But not anyone can just use AI to program. One still need that programming knowledge in order to get the best out of AI, otherwise you end up producing rubbish as the end product or getting completely stuck somewhere.

Of course, I know this. I've tried it myself. I have moderate programming experience and have experimented with creating some programs with AI. The results were great, but they were full of errors that the programmer must correct or at least know how to get the AI to correct them.
Therefore, it's not an easy task at the moment. Perhaps in the future, we will have AI that writes perfect, error-free programs.
