BC Poker support also responds hours later, and then I respond with my problem, but they don't respond.

They come back hours later, asking me how I can help them, and then they're silent.

Even the Telegram group constantly blocks me or deletes my problem.

This is word for word, exactly what is happening to me.

I am still in attempt to get ahold of a contact from BC Poker, of which I'll need that contact with cat-like-fluidity from BC that can move interdepartment. I'd appreciate some patience from you both and will assure that both of your cases are still in my attention.
