I don't think Lookman wants to stay at Atalanta anymore. From what I understand, he has told the club of his intention to leave. For a player of his quality, €50 million is not such a hefty price. I guess the reason Inter are stalling is because they've already agreed personal terms with him, and there's no strong competition from other clubs. Regardless of the situation, Inter's currentrecent bid and Atalanta's asking price are not far off, and hence I believe both clubs will reach an agreement soon.
