He is probably on the brink of burning out, He had his loan spell on Team Falcons and Faze Clan but both didnt seems to work out for him. I mean technically he is not at his prime anymore but he is still a very good player though. BC.game obviously need alot of money to convince him but yeah eventually this could only be a short term deal or something until he gets back on his form

Never thought these players ever have this happen to them. Only once they get old enough they can suffer of this happening but then at this stage they know it is time to retire from the pro scene or just start teaching the younger players on a team they are hired to begin their coaching careers.

They actually asked the current teams playing in the Intel Extreme Masters tournament right after their matches of what they thought of the news when it broke.
They were all shocked and most of them said he will need to grind and make it back to where his level should be to join them in tier 1 pro CS2 again.
