are there actually real websites I can watch ads or do captchas for small amounts of btc, I spend majority of my time just scrolling the internet so I wouldn't mind doing that for some mini income

also to counter viruses etc, could I just open a virtual machine? otherwise just a separate system to my main like laptop id assume
