This stuff is so hygroscopic, that it degrades to 199.5, probably even 199 Proof while you open the bottle, pour it into a shot glass and take it to your lips.
Also every time you open it and more (moist) air gets into the bottle, it will suck up a little water.
I use Ethanol 192 Proof for cleaning optics and the build plate of my 3D printer, and it slowly degrades over time.

Not that these wee degradations matter much, but if you have a sell order waiting at $200k and cycle tops at $199.5k, well... that would be quite a bummer.
