I believe you were referring to the seed phrase... I'm not sure how small the amount of XMR that you're holding is, but IMO, the best route is to replace the screen since it's quite cheap ^{[less than $2]} and it doesn't require having a specific skill ^{[lots of videos on YouTube and also in the OP]}. You also didn't mention which online recovery methods didn't work, so I'm going to also mention the "Python script" that Ledger released for converting the "24-word recovery seed to a 25-word Electrum recovery seed ^{[refer to the "Seed recovery (advanced users)" section, but I prefer not to vouch, so DYOR]}".
