Uhh... I've nudge my contact with rough details about it. They kindly asked you to wait for at least 24 hours before taking action of any escalation, as the deposit will quite likely goes through in hours. If by 24 hours [not next few hours] it is not sitting in your account yet, don't be shy to poke me in PM, I'll nudge my contact and get it looked at.
Oh, I see. Maximum 24 hours for deposit issues. Damn this 3rd party merchant. Just a small amount deposit, but taking too long to be processed lol. Yesterday, my fiat deposits just took seconds to complete.
Anyway, I didn't provide my bank statement for the past 30 days when submitting a ticket. Only the payment slip and video proof. I hope it's enough. Kind of ruining my privacy for a small amount, if I will also provide a bank statement. In other platforms, only the payment slip is enough.

Just to be sure we're on the same page, I think what my contact trying to say is that it will take 24 hours for depoosit. it can take minutes to hours, depending on the provider's own processing power. However, if it do take more than 24 hours, my contact is more than happy to look into the matter and see it themselves that the deposit will land in your account.
