1. What device do you use?
2. Is it dedicated and sole device or were you perhaps cross-device [like PC and tablet and phone]?
3. Certainly there is no chance that someone borrowing your device to login to their account and play?
4. I re-review your opening post and you said it's been six months? So safe to say you created your account by early this year? Or did you already play longer before this issue occured?
