Yeah, I've been waiting for my 25k USDT withdrawal since the end of January, exactly half a year now. Support has been ignoring me ever since. After a month and a half of trying to contact them, I finally managed to reach someone on Telegram, who told me there's an open investigation with a provider. Until that's resolved, I'm unable to withdraw (though I'm apparently free to gamble the money away).
That was the first and only time I received any meaningful communication about the issue. I continue reaching out every few weeks to ask for updates, but all of my attempts are ignored.

if i were you, i would have opened a scam accusation/submit a complaint on casino.guru after a month max. maybe you should consider doing that if you want them to push the provider to "investigation" faster.
Facts. It doesn't take 6 months to investigate anything, what are they waiting for? Sometimes they might need one month to check logs and third party informations since there are different timezones, times to answer, the need of personal to go and check everything. But in 6 months it's just delaying until the user gives up or they are using the money as a free loan.
If you give them that much time without complaining they will take it.
