So just because they are performing in the pre season according to you, you think it's enough. Are you forgetting that these are just exhibition games that no one cares about? A team that performed woefully last season should not sign players anymore meanwhile in all the big teams in the league they are the ones with the least quality kind of signings, lol.

Your underrating Manchester United advancement. Yeah, it's a bit too early to Judge but two commanding victories over west ham (2-1) and Bournemouth (4-1) showed the teams tactical development, intensive pressing ,dense midfield structure and smart passing and transfers such as Cunha, Dorgu and Mbeumo. Manchester United looks like their taking steps forward, having paid a lot on Matheus Cunha (€62.5m) and Bryan Mbeumo (€65m) and are here with the team, also other transfers like sesko and Watkins are in process. So yes they are spending but strengthening and tactical transfers might fix the disarray of the past.
