To be very honest with you, not everyone have successfully become wealthy through Bitcoin because basically that wasn't what it was made for. Yes, Bitcoin has created wealth for many people who were early investor and held their Bitcoin till date. There ae several factors that influences the price of Bitcoin and if you dont have good knowledge you will not succeed. And yeah, understanding Bitcoin doesn't guarantee profit. Timing, risk management, capital, to mention a few others matters a lot but there are people who knows about all these yet lose money in Bitcoin.
You are correct on all you said and there is something people fail to understand which is how the story about Bitcoin was told by whoever introduce it to them, like the message of how it works. Some persons heard of Bitcoin being the only way of becoming extremely rich and this alone makes many to see Bitcoin from a different angle not by taking that ultimate risk and to have patience, they see it as getting in and coming out rich, which is bad. Out mindset as newbies to Bitcoin investment sometimes spoil the opportunity we have in making it through Bitcoin. Those who have the knowledge of how Bitcoin works still lose talk less of someone who started knowing it this very year, I feel is safe to say Bitcoin also have to do with luck to make it.
