It is not reasonable for the Algerian government to prioritize Bitcoin and then ban it again. This is creating a kind of instability in the country and harassing investors and ordinary people. If the legality of Bitcoin or the use of Bitcoin had been banned in the country from the beginning, there would have been no concern about this, but the Algerian government should carefully examine why Bitcoin is being banned despite its use and have an open discussion with the public. In addition, in a situation where various countries and large investment institutions are prioritizing Bitcoin and investing all their money in Bitcoin, such a decision by Algeria is not reasonable at all.
The Algerian government has never been friendly
towards or prioritized bitcoin or crypto. They enacted the ban in 2018 and it has remained in place for years, despite changing global attitudes towards the industry. This time, they tightened control further by issuing a comprehensive ban and completely going against the global trend.
Furthermore, institutions and companies are investing in bitcoin and considering it as part of their diversification strategy. There are not many companies or organizations that invest all their money in bitcoin like MicroStrategy and like you said. Investing in bitcoin is not a matter of survival, it is not necessary to invest all your money in it.
