Have you tried contacting them through their e-mail maybe?
Even though the Bybit app has improved, especially with the addition of an AI-powered help centre. My case seems to be an exception. From what I have seen, it can only be resolved by speaking directly with a live agent.
AI powered help centre is waste of time most of the time, just a chatbot programmed to filter people out without providing meaningful help, the right thing to do is always to find a way to contact them directly.
It could be that your inquiry probably already in their system but still hasn't processed. If i were you i'd ask every week.
