1. You previously had need/access to it and didn’t know it tagged along
2. You are transferring it to a safe location
3. You are relocating to a new city or town
4. You just having to create your wallet for the first time while you were out and headed home or some place safe

These should be very limited cases.
Of course having a seed phrase with you is a delicate moment. This is why you should be very prudent about it, and limit exposure to this particular event, adopting avery possible privacy preserving technique.
The most important of all is... having been prudent beforehand, so that nobody knows you are vulnerable during these events.
