The best thing is to have budget of gambling, for instance if we are working and are being paid on monthly basis or weekly basis we should have that thinking that we have to allocate specific amount to our gambling account to help us to gamble throughout that month or week. This could be either 1-10 percent of our monthly income dedicated for gambling, instead of having double thought about the amount we are using to gamble this could cause so much trouble to the said gambler because already their heart is already being disturbed with the amount they loses from gambling since they don't map out specific fund to gamble it becomes something to think about and even if they decides to chase their loses it would also lead them to more loses.

The fact that there are some sets of gamblers who always have a set budget for their gambling, based on weekly or monthly limits, but still end up wasting their money, is concerning. Even when they lose, they will often deposit a small amount into their gambling account and try to fool themselves by saying they will "borrow" from their next gambling budget. They convince themselves that they won't exceed their set amount, but this usually ends up reducing the next budget allocation, and the cycle continues.

I’ve seen people act like this before, and it’s a common pattern. The main point here is the importance of discipline. Whether you have a budget or not, you should not gamble with large amounts of money that could negatively affect you. In fact, sometimes it’s better not to gamble at all, especially when things are tight financially. This approach can prevent you from wasting money you can’t afford to lose.

If someone starts with a budget but lacks discipline, it can lead to problems. There may be times when a person needs money for something important, yet doesn't have enough to cover it. In such situations, they should not be thinking about gambling. Budgeting is a good idea to manage gambling properly, but it must be backed by serious discipline for it to work. Without that, it might not be workout.
