based on the fact that their BTC addresses were making transactions at the same time.
I find it unlikely to (manually) create 2 transactions at the exact same time. I think the time block explorers show with each transaction, is the time of the block it's included in.

When I compare the last 3 transactions on the addresses the funds were sent to, the top 3 transactions all 3 have the exact same fee rate (in sats/vbyte) up to 2 decimals and are confirmed in the same block, but the third transaction has 6 days in between (and still uses the exact same fee rate):

The fee rate could be a default from a wallet. I'm not sure how to interpret all this.
