Re: Bybit Account name and Bank name mismatch: need help after long time delay

I have been trying to fix this issue for almost 11 months now. It started when I was installing the Bybit app on my phone and mistakenly filled in my surname as SINDAY instead of SUNDAY during the biodata setup.

As a result, my Bybit account name doesn’t match my bank account name, and this causes problems whenever I try to use P2P trading.
If the spelling is wrong on your account and different from your identity card, then how have you verified your account? During the registration and verification, it's mandatory to submit your personal information along with the documents. So how did you successfully verify it? You have to talk with the support and connect with a human representative; they could help you to solve the issues. If they aren't supportive enough to solve your issues, then try to write on their social media pages along with support ticket numbers. So they would be fixed quickly.

If finally you are unable to solve the issues somehow and you are forced to use only Bybit, then you can delete your account permanently and create a new account. Go to security options and account settings. You will find delete options there. Before deleting your account, remember to withdraw all of your funds from Bybit. Otherwise you may lose funds and be unable to delete. If your account hasn't been flagged for some reason, then you could delete it.
