for those who don't know what gambler's fallacy is, it's basically
meanthinking old bets results can effect future ones, but in reality each bet
you make is independent of other bets.
so it doesn't matter how many bets you win or lose, the odds on your next bet winning or losing are the same as the bet before it and after it.
