I have been trying to fix this issue for almost 11 months now. It started when I was installing the Bybit app on my phone and mistakenly filled in my surname as SINDAY instead of SUNDAY during the biodata setup.
As a result, my Bybit account name doesn’t match my bank account name, and this causes problems whenever I try to use P2P trading.
You are not alone in this buddy, slow response from the customer support of bybit is one of the major disadvantage of using that exchange because I knew of a friend that made a mistake like you, his name is John chibudom but he mistakenly register with ohn chibudom, and I was even surprised when he passed his kyc because their was a major error in the spelling of his name, he later contact the customer service via customer support, he submitted all that was ask for, even till today, nothing has changed.
He still trade on bybit p2p, but not all bybit merchant is willing to trade with him, while some does, because they sees it as a common spelling error, so if you have contact the customer support and they are not responding to you very well, their is no need losing sleep over it because it can still be managed till it fix.
