In bonus section BetFury notify me that my telegram monthly bonus is available for claim. When I click on it, it redirect me to telegram bot, which says "This bot is available only to registered users with Rank 2 or higher. But my level is higher than 2, telegram account is connected with my account and I only have «/start» button to click in this bot.

But if it happens that you did everything and still nothing happen I guess the best next action to do is to contact their site support to get proper assistance towards this issue.
