I am no more using Kucoin. The low fee made me stay with MEXC. I prefer Bybit overall also. Without Kucoin listed and if MEXC low fee is not included, my list is just like yours if I do not also list Gate which I prefer than Binance. Bitget will go to third if they moved to unified account option.
