So today I checked my email and saw a bonus like the screenshot and after claimed the bonus around $12, I played it on some inhouse games and it increased to $60 well, what's confusing is that I don't know the requirements for this bonus, how much wager is needed to release this bonus to the main balance? I want to ask in the chat room but can't because I have to deposit history in the last 7 days while the support team responds very slowly, can you explain it or maybe managed to complete a bonus like this?
