I suggest that you open a topic in the scam accusation board, present all the information about the scam, and if you have any records, chat logs, or screenshots of communications. Then create a flag on this account.
If your accusation is clear, the Bitoncard.com account would have to be red-tagged so that other users would be warned about the scam risk.
